HVAs - Healthcare Virtual Assistants - are licensed and registered medical professionals abroad who
perform all the tasks remotely.
Beginning in 2020, we have started implementing outsourcing support positions abroad.
Since then, through trial-and-error, we have mastered the integration of HVAs and existing in-office
teams to seamlessly manage patient care.
We have found this to be a very viable solution to the "great resignation" of our time.
